"On the positive this place is quite a nice place, the staff are helpful and friendly, its also clean for a cinema and in all honesty the prices are reasonable. Now for the negative, car parking is horrendous with no blue badge parking, the entrance area is very uneven and very unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. The disabled facilities were out of order for the duration of our visit."
"We visited 3 weeks ago. This was to be a rare treat for the children. The facilities and staff were nice however Screen 2 has a big yellow circle on it, making it v difficult to watch, it ruined the visit as the children wanted to watch the movie while the adults wanted to leave. See photos attached. I complained at the start of the movie thinking they may fix it but when I requsted to speak to a mgr at the end it was clear this is not a new issue. He gave us free entry for again & was apologetic which I appreciate but I pointed out to him if we'd known about it we just wouldn't have went as it ruined the experience. They should not show movies on this screen until its fixed."
"Screen has a discoloration. pretty poor standard to be honest, my own TV that's over 10 years old has a better quality picture than the Screen we watched Smile on. edit: I appreciate the reply, it's good to know it's been repaired. I see another customer who also commented on this and received free entry for another time?"
"Great Cinema with good facilities and selection of films, went to see the Bob's Burgers Movie on opening day and had a great time. They have a lovely rest area where you can sit down and have a glass of wine or a nice hot chocolate before your film or evening during, and the staff are nice and friendly as well."
