"Took a visit to your pharmacy today, to get photos printed for a calendar as a Christmas gift. Bare in mind I was in the pharmacy for over an hour. Only one member of staff out of all members knew only how to half work the machine, showed me how to do some of it and told me she would be back as soon as I was done that part. When I was ready she was dealing with another customer, she told me she would be five minutes. Eventually came back to me. She continued to print off my photos, done that twice, then told me she had to start all over again. After starting again, she told me as soon as I was finished to give her a shout and she would come back over to finish helping me. Another member of staff said that the previous woman was busy doing a 'big order' and that I would just have to wait. As her big order was more important than my purchase. I had to wait a further 15/20mins as no one else could assist me due to none of them knowing how to work the printing machine. This is not acceptable and I will not be going back and would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I don't understand why a pharmacy would own a machine but only one member of staff half knows how to work it. The member of staff who was originally 'helping' me; her attitude towards myself was appalling. I am very distraught after my visit today and in the future i will consider twice about coming back."
