"Absolutely horrendous. Avoid at all costs for asthetic treatments. Was left unable to go out all Christmas. Therapie will not stand over the treatment stating the astheticians there are independent despite you booking through Therapie and paying Therapie. So unhelpful. Absolute gangsters."

"Very poor service from Thérapie Athlone in particular. My mother had anti wrinkle injections on her eyes. They asked her did she want an eyebrow lift so she hesitantly agreed to a small lift. After two weeks, her eyebrows looked completely shocked very obviously so. Next, she got a review requesting their expert advice on how to reduce the severity of the look. Now she is left barely able to see out her eyelids. They are flopping down over her eyes and she appears to have no eyelids or eyelashes. When she sought assistance from the team, they basically told her that she should have known that this would be the result and she is basically stuck with it until it wears off in 3 or 4 months. They explained that she signed a waiver so therefore they have no accountability for her results. Just be very wary of this if you chose to use their facilities. They seem to be 'experts' until you have a problem and then they know nothing. Extremely condescending and unprofessional customer service and clearly badly trained incompetent staff."

"I’ve been going to Thérapie clinic in athlone for laser treatment. The girls are excellent at what they do and put you at ease very quickly. The procedure itself is pain free and they take every precaution to ensure your comfort. Booking is user friendly online but you can phone up either. They’ll answer any questions you may have in an easy to understand way - even during the treatment - and they are very helpful with aftercare tips. They also supply a large range of aftercare products to suit everyone’s needs. Thanks ladies!"
