"Family of 6 dined here on Easter Monday evening at 5pm. Sorry to say that unfortunately we experienced very long delays (1 hour between starter and main) due to short staffing, food was mediocre on this visit. We were left without water and fresh cutlery and napkins for some time. Cold room, lacks atmosphere and ambiance for the prices charged. Take away seemed to have been give priority. Needs more efficient and professional staff please if remaining open as dine in restaurant."

"Purchased chicken chow mein. The chicken was disgusting. It appeared to be processed Chicken. Inedible. Also purchased beef dish. The beef was tasteless. It was obviously cooked separately and added to the sauce when ordered. Very disappointed. Will not be back."

"I'm complaining about Ellie in ruby Kings restaurant when you waste over 400 on food over the last 6 weeks and when you have your free 20 euros card with ten stamps I thought you get 20 free next order but I was refused to use it after waiting 25 minutes for my food. The driver arrived and said he had to ring his boss Ellie and she said I could not have my food. I'm disappointed my family are loyal customers or should I say were loyal customers as I won't be giving them my custom anymore. On another occasion I heard her and her colleagues talking about itinerants discriminating against them she said she had a driver that was a traveller and people were complaining she used a profane word to describe him and said he nearly destroyed her business. She fired him after a week she also said this nacker keeps coming looking for his job back every week. And she also said her delivery drivers are afraid to go to the site and she tells her driver to make sure to get the money first from the travellers to make sure its not fake and to wash there hands after before handling anymore food after handling there money I don't know what makes her think she has the right to be talking about anyone in such a way. Don't recommend you give Ruby Kings Restaurant your money"

"Never left a review anywhere but i’ve never experienced food as bad as this. Spent almost €40, Chicken was dangerously bright pink, rice un-eatable with all the salt. Spice bag was just plain chips and plain raw chicken, nothing else!! Curry sauce was just thick flavourless liquid, looked like it was lying here all week. Overall food was really cold(probably because it was bearly cooked) not one dish was eatable."

"This used to be the nicest Chinese when the previous owner had it but now has gone downhill. Got a chicken curry and there was a sharp piece of plastic in it then i noticed the chicken looked Really bad and had dark purple spots . Went in to tell the owner and she wouldn't accept responsibility and refused to give me a refund after some strong words I eventually got a refund but i will never eat there again"
