"The staff are really nice in there however, the state of the toilets. I know there are a lot of people using them on a daily basis but it's not acceptable. Even the disabled toilet that is meant to be locked and only used if asked by a member of staff is disgusting. When I walked in there with my child after me asking a member of staff to open it there was still poo in the toilet l the floor was so dirty and the smell actually made me want to vomit. Something really needs to be done about that because I remember 3/4 years ago that was not the case."
"Very rare I would give 5/5 stars for fast food but the service was impeccable. Liam has a very happy smile on his face as I also saw him fix a slightly ascue place mat on the tray. He takes real pride in his job!"
"This place has gone down the drain! Mullingar Mac Donalds really needs to step back and take a good look at the quality of service and food. I am not sure if it's because they keep hiring kids who don't care about their job or if it's the peers above providing terrible training. The chips are always burnt, over cooked or sitting there so long they dry out and are rotten! The burgers are a massive hit and miss, majority of the time they are burnt. They need to send in inspectors without telling them to see it for what it really is. All staff needs proper training including the cooks. How is it acceptable to be provided with overcooked chips? You can clearly see they are bad but yet they give them to the customer anyway? Ridiculous!"
