"I would like to lodge a complaint about the terrible manager, Richard, in the drapery section of Dunnes Stores Irishtown in Athlone. My experience with him and the way he treated both customers and employees was appalling. During my recent visit, I witnessed Richard being extremely rude to a customer who had a simple query. He seemed impatient and dismissive, even raising his voice and causing a scene. This behavior was unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store. Furthermore, I noticed that Richard's attitude towards his employees was equally disrespectful. He spoke to them in a condescending tone and was dismissive of their concerns. This created a tense and unpleasant work environment, which is not conducive to productivity or job satisfaction. I believe that Richard's behavior is unacceptable and goes against the basic principles of customer service and employee management. I urge the management of Dunnes Stores to take action and address this issue as soon as possible. It is important to create a welcoming and respectful environment for customers and employees alike."
