"Its been 3 months since i stepped into this salon,it was my first visit but wasnt my my last unfortunately . My hair is still in recovery mode from the mal treatment it recieved on that 1st visit. This particular day it happened to be the owner i had the bad luck to trust to my hair to. oh! she knew it all this one,20 odd years in the business and she still managed to turn my hair green. After washing my hair a few days after the treatment from this so called hairdresser,the hair turned green,so i marched down there for the unforseen unplanned 2nd visit and guess what? This so called hairdresser took no responsibility for the state my hair which was in that state as a consequence of my visit to her "salon" and her meddling. she was ready to turf me out the door but ,as my disappointment was slowely going to start turning into rage she must have thought better,and after alot of twoing and froing she finally capitulated and addressed the problem she had caused and what was one of her excuses? oh! the lime in the water turned it that colour,who was she trying to kidding? And so much for the customer being right! not in this salon,if you have to argue your case in a hairdressers who were clearly responsible for the "hairendous" (the new name for this salon)job they did on your hair then this woman should not be in business. Its such a shame because the other girls that dealt with me were really really really nice and put my mind at ease and made me feel abit better.....but not that one.... for the duration of "the fix",she made a point of completely ignoring me and completely blanked me when i thanked her(which i didnt really need to) for relenting. i would excercise caution if you havent been to this salon do your hair a favour and go somewhere else,like i wish i had done. This hairdresser does not deserve anyones custom with her attitude. Alot of silver ware on show for proficiency,didnt see any there for customer service...surprise,surprise! Beware,use one of the other hairdressers if you can,but please avoid the owner,whatever her name is,you might want to find that out beforehand. Dont say you were not warned. Steer clear,there are plenty of other hairdressers in ballina you can go to just to be on the safe side,but please avoid this at all costs if you value your hair. happy new year B....h!"
