"Took over 3 hours to do a TBar of highlights with Olaplex treatments.Arrived in at 1:36 pm and rang ahead at 1pm to say running 5 mins late. Stylist started hair at 1:50pm and wasn’t out til after 515.Left sitting waiting .Not even a glass of water or tea /coffee offered. Asked was “I in a rush “ after 4pm… Charged more than quoted on the phone as well. Originally booked in for half head but stylist advised pushed for time so agreed to TBar. Sorry ladies but terrible service.I was really looking forward to getting hair done here but not a good experience. By time I was finally done was too tired/hungry to say anything. Won’t be returning …."

"Hello there , Today 21st August 2020, My friend and I were there in your salon for a Cut and A treatment respectively. I wanted a hair spa/ treatment as my hair was quite dry and rough , when I asked the lady she gave me 2 options one for 10 euro and other one for 20 euro along with Wash and blow dry. As she started the treatment she applied a cream on my hair and said leave it for while and there is more layers after that. She left me for 15 minutes, and went doing other work like cleaning the floor and so on. Now she returned to me and washed my hair With shampoo and conditioner . At this stage I was thinking to myself where are other layers that she was talking about? This was followed by blow dry which wasn’t even a Thorough one. And next, The bill was 46 euro. I wasn’t expecting that much as She didn’t mention that earlier. Overall the staff seemed in hurry as it was closing time, we both Experienced the same. The service wasn’t satisfying . If you could be clear with your List of prices for Particular items before actually starting the Job on someone’s hair, it will be great. This is just suggestion , we did feel bad in the beginning, but we both thought there is always room for improvement if you take this message in a good way. This is my first review ever by the way. Thanks a million."

"Poor service! my daughter had her tan applied here for a wedding. She was part of the bridal party, the mit that was used was not clean there was a build up of the tanning product on it from previous customer's. Needless to say, it wouldn't turn out evenly but more importantly It was not clean so I was not leaving it on my daughters skin. Not a place I would recommend!"
