"We had a great stay here - Noreen and her family are welcoming and such a pleasure. The rooms are so comfortable and very quiet. I am so glad we went direct with the B&B rather than Air BnB - we saved money and had a much better experience staying in the Connemara. This stay reinforced for us that it is much better to book direct with the host rather than a 3rd party. The breakfast was also amazing!"

"We stayed two nights at Ben Breen House. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The facility was immaculately clean. The breakfast was 5 star service. The location was beautiful, quiet, and serene. Room was plenty big with adequate storage and a nice hot shower. The host was caring and helpful. Definitely will return on our next trip. Please note that cash is the preferred payment."

"This place is in a beautiful location and well looked after. The interior of our room was quite simple and a little old and worn but clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful when we were asking for directions. Unfortunately she was in some kind of hurry after we checked in at around noon time and didn't turn the heating and the hot water on so we were stranded not being able to clean ourselves up after a long drive, missed out on the afternoon trying to contact her and finding a way to get hot water instead of sightseeing. Eventually we had heating by 6pm and hot water for the next morning. After all we only spent one night here instead of the planned two"
