"Disappointing company Had to get another company to do remedy repairs and work on it this year. Cracks on the granite back panel around stove. stove loose moving in its position after few months. Didn't even light a fire for a week to give time for all to set. Fitted on a Friday Sept 2021 in a hurry. Lads arrive late and under pressure to finish up in a hurry early. Sent last year 2022 emails and photo messages. No reply. Never came back to clean chimney or inspect."
