"Brought in a Samsung tablet with a shattered screen, Paid 65 euro to have it replaced and it cracks again in less than a day. I brought it back and was told it was my fault and he can only do a €15 euro discount and he taps the screen repeatedly to show that I must have broken it myself and done a “hard touch” and after leaving the store I find his “hard touch” actually did crack the screen a little. So I left the store with my tablet in worse condition then I brought it in and even though the current crack is a lot better than the condition I originally brought it in, I paid €65 euro to have it FIXED and an extra €50 to have the same dodgy job done again is a farce. 1/10 Wouldn’t recommend (very good reason why this store is usually found empty)"
"Absolutely horrendous service. Brought my phone in here to be repaired; a screen replacement; asked could I have it replaced; he looks at it; sighs and gives me a half nod and walks away. Got it back with the bottom of the screen barely stuck on with the light shining out under it. Screen was also very thin and cheap and had a line stuck on the screen too. No wonder every time I walk by the shop theres noone in it."
