"I rang on Monday to have washing machine repair man call. He was available on Tuesday morning but unfortunately there would be nobody home. We arranged an appointment for Wednesday morning. He rang on the morning to tell me his arrival time and was there to the minute. Dermot arrived and got to work on the machine straight away. The machine needed a spare part and he even had it in his van. Dermot is extremely courteous and most helpful. He is very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge generously.
