"Whilst they do fabulous bouquets, this is the second time ive been let down by this establishment! Specifically ordered from you as you guaranteed delivery on mother's day, however, after paying a significant price for your flowers and delivery, you delivered the flowers a day early and without a card to specify who they were from! Disappointing to say the least! Was also left disappointed last summer when i ordered flowers and somehow your database lost the order yet took my money and it wasnt until i contacted you to find out why the flowers were never delivered that you realised your error! Wont be ordering with yourselves again! No email received"
