"Called to ask whether he could remove a Macbook battery for me that was faulty, I had trouble with the adhesive Apple used to stick it down (it's tough and needs heat and tools so not to puncture cells) but was no problem for him. I left it at the shop and collected an hour or so later - I had the new battery installed (I was happy enough to take this on) and was back up and running within 30 mins.
