"If you care AT ALL about your dog do not send them to this hole. By far one of the worse experiences you will have let alone your pup. The owner is unbelievably rude, obnoxious and condescending. I’ve witnessed dogs sitting in cages for hours while they are supposed to be in the “gym” or playing on the Astro. Staff seem oblivious to the dogs needs. The vererinary services are extremely overpriced and we have been given complete wrong diagnoses and Information on SEVERAL occasions. This place has a bad reputation for a reason. They put no effort into making your dogs stay a happy experience. It’s money and nothing else. Please think twice before you send your family member here."

"Sent my beautiful dog for a sedated grooming as he is very anxious and sensitive. Treatment was appalling. Appointment was 11am, he was collected at 4.30pm after they called us to say he was ready. My poor pet was still heavily sedated and couldn’t walk, he was covered in urine and very disturbed. They couldn’t have cared less. Never ever again. Absolutely disgraceful treatment."
