"Absolutely shocking business!! Would 1000% not recommend and don't waste your time!!! Initially contacted them for a gas boiler service back in the last weekend of July as wanted it done before winter period. Was told 'yeah we'll schedule service within next few weeks' after numerous unanswered calls and texts over the next few months still no service provided!! Got back a message then in October 'sorry was on hols will do next week' still nothing!! Rang then again in November but no answer but 10mins later when rang off work phone answered straight away and said 'oh ya apologies will be in contact again' nearly mid way through December and still no service. Absolute shambles"

"In 2008 I acquired the services of Free Flow Heating to install and commission a geothermal underfloor heating system. At first the system worked well but in early 2013 I started having issues with low temperatures. On request Free Flow made a site visit & replaced both the downstairs & upstairs circulation pumps, but this made no difference to the issue. I contacted the company again & they informed me it was more thank likely a compressor issue in their heat pump & that they were not willing to engage with me to resolve the issue & to contact another company in Dublin. At a costly expense to me , I've had to bypass their system with an air to water unit. Recently I had a major issue with Free Flows domestic hot water unit. They sent me a detailed quote for replacement of tank , I contacted the company on several occasions requesting a quote for supply only for tank but they didn't have the professionalism or courtesy to even reply to my request. I find this company is great on sales but the after sales service leaves alot to be desired."

"I originally contacted this service on 28/09/2021 to get a toilet flushing system fixed, we got an agreement that they will come onsite on the next day and that I will be contacted right before to confirm my availability. I did not get contacted and did not hear from them until I contacted them back on Monday 04/10/2021 to inquire if they are still available for this repair, I got a reply the next day saying they might hopefully be available end of that week. Today Monday 11/10 and I still have not heard from them, that makes about 2 weeks and this is for the toilet flushing system repair, i believe this is unprofessional and would not recommend this service for anybody that needs something fixed ASAP"
