"I have had a horrific experience at BeeGreen dry cleaners in Galway. It was my first and last time using their services. I left in a new suit jacket to be dry cleaned, bought for a work meeting. It had a tiny stain on the inside lining. I asked if they could follow the instructions on the label. The jacket was returned completely destroyed and no longer wearable. The material and constitution of the jacket was unrecognisable. I wrote an email and received no reply. I called and they told me to leave it back in to be reviewed. When I left in the jacket, the customer service I experienced was rude and cold. The manager did not apologise or show any concern or care for what I had experienced. It has been over a week and I received zero compensation. It was a very expensive jacket and I would not recommend anyone to leave something valuable into this dry cleaner. Absence of any customer service, compensation or care."
