"I had a fantastic experience with Ryan Jewellers. I needed a new clasp fitted to my Tag Heuer watch. I had already been to 2 other jewellers who said that they were unable to help me as it was not a straight forward job. The second of these recommended I contact Ryans. I called Ryans and talked to a very friendly and helpful lady (Katie I think) who said that they would have a look at the watch and should be able to help. I then talked to John (I think was his name) on the phone the next day and he said it was not straight forward but was positive that he had a solution.
