Barra, the owner of Lisbrock Boarding Kennels, has a lifelong passion for dogs and has been involved in sheep dog trialing since 1990. He even represented Ireland in the World Trials in 2008 and has won numerous open trials. It is Barra's deep love for dogs that inspired him to establish Lisbrock Boarding Kennels.

Barra's wife, Mary, and their sons and daughter are actively involved in the kennels, ensuring that your pet receives a warm welcome, genuine love, and the utmost care for their wellbeing. We understand that leaving your furry family members can be difficult, but rest assured that they will be treated as part of our own family during their stay.

To create a homely and relaxing atmosphere for your pets, we play background music in the kennels. This helps to reduce stress and anxiety, making their stay more enjoyable.

In addition to boarding services, we also offer microchipping for your dogs or cats. This simple and effective procedure ensures that your pet can be easily identified if they ever stray or get lost.

Our hours of operation for pet drop-off and pick-up are as follows:

- Monday to Saturday: Take In - 5:00pm to 7:00pm, Collection - 8:00am to 11:00am

- Sunday / Bank Holidays: 10:00am to 12:00pm (midday)
