As an establishment and point of interest, we are proud to be associated with Robert Quinn Ltd, one of the leading construction companies in Ireland. With over 50 years of experience, Robert Quinn Ltd has worked with various industries, including pharmaceutical, commercial, healthcare, and industrial sectors, completing projects worth over €340 million.

One of our notable projects was the St. Patrick's Centre in Kilkenny, where Robert Quinn Ltd served as the main contractor and project supervisor. This involved remedial works and alterations to existing buildings, including the installation of L1 fire alarm systems, new exit doors, and accessibility improvements.

We also conducted the Phase 2 fit-out of the new hospice within the grounds of James Connolly Memorial Hospital in Blanchardstown. St. Francis Hospice provides specialized palliative care services to the people of north Dublin city and county.

Another significant project we undertook was the restoration of the Sacred Heart Church, which has been the focal point of a large residential community since its construction in 1969. The unique combination of exposed concrete beams, individual roofs, and stained glass panels required careful attention and expertise.

Robert Quinn Ltd has been the resident main contractor for Civil Structural Architectural (CSA) works at Merck, Sharpe & Dohme's Carlow site since 2008. MSD Ireland, one of the country's leading healthcare companies, relies on their services for various projects.

We were also contracted by Winthrop to complete enabling works at EirGen Pharma in Waterford. EirGen Pharma specializes in developing and supplying high potency specialty care medicines to patients worldwide.

Another ongoing project we are involved in is as the resident CSA construction partner for Sanofi Genzyme in Waterford. Sanofi's manufacturing campus in Waterford employs over 740 skilled individuals and supplies therapies to people in need.

We are proud to have been awarded as the main contractor for the construction of the Garda Station in New Ross, Co. Wexford. This two-storey development has a floor area of 1,276m2 and showcases our expertise in delivering high-quality projects.

At The Waterfront, we also focus on community projects, such as the restoration of the old Coastguard Station in Tramore. Working closely with the Tramore Development Trust and the Office of Public Works, we were appointed as the main contractor for this important restoration project.

Additionally, we undertook fit-out works for Turas Nua Ireland, an organization dedicated to assisting individuals in securing and sustaining full-time paid employment or self-employment.

Lastly, we were appointed by the Department of Education and Skills as the main contractor and project supervisor for the construction of Gaelcholáiste Cheatharlach. This educational facility, located in Carlow, provides a Gaelic-language education to its students.
