"NEGATIVE REVIEW -went into the swimming pool with my two kids one child was two young and it was against policy to let him in (disappointing ) my main problem was the way I was spoke to at the meet and greet area asked to speak to a team leader and even before he got to me his answer was no never entertained a conversation let alone spoke to me or explain policy's over all the situation was handleled very badly Walked out of there feeling very upset and unheard need to work on customer realtiontions"

"Good learner pool when you can get in. Usually fully booked for the weekend for private parties and even the online timetable is reguarly wrong resulting in wasted trips and promises to my 3 year old! Always call before you want to use the learner pool. Also there appears to be inconsistent advice from the lifeguards, sometimes children can jump to their parents arms from standing on the side, sometimes it is not allowed, even when quiet. Main pool is nice and big, cold as sin but good for small group's Recently priced and good quality changing rooms"
"Lovely staff & good facilities. Very poor understanding of customer service; rules for the sake of rules, poor flexibility & lack of common sense. Benefits of paying membership include being told that an idle pool is unavailable. Unusual business model in operation!"
"The pool is a nice size but the slide is literally never open, don't ask either as you won't get much help. There are some nice water features in the baby pool but these are usually turned off. You better be willing to swim a fair few lengths as the pool is usually icy cold. Great tho if you like a cold shower afterwards."
