"I love the Aran islands. I had a fabulous time South Aran House is a bit out of the way from the main town and lacks some of the ambiance of the other hotels, it is adequate. I was grateful I didn't have to climb the hill."

"Enda and Marie were lovely hosts. Enda collected us from the Ferry and drove us to the house, chattering happily and sharing tips about the village and things to do. The rooms were well maintained and cozy. The hot water takes a minute or so to kick in but when it does its good and strong. Breakfast was provided in the main house and was lovely."
