Hillbilly's Waterford

"Decided to treat myself to a Hillbilly's Breast in a Bun meal last night. It was a takeaway order and I saved it until I got home. I was ever so disappointed to see some sort of lettuce leaves on the burger which really took from the taste. Previously the burger would have had crispy lettuce possibly iceberg. Definitely won't be returning to the store as a result. Please bring back the old type lettuce which you used before, it makes for a much tastier burger."

"Really not good experience there last afternoon. The chicken was fairly fried and my Fanta has no taste, when I tried to discuss with manager about and he was overloaded incharged on, showing not enough patience to fix the issue. He asked rudely a staff in front of me. Unnecessary. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is harsh with managers speaking russian language (or something alike) ininteligibly for everyone and driving me confuse. As a result, I just put my sandwich in a bag trash and skip out from there as fast as possible. I definitely can't recommend the place anymore. I have been missing the OLD restaurant that I'm used to have a lunch."

"So me and my dad waited in queue for about half a hour then when we tried to order the staff couldn't speak good English so It was hard to order and then It came quick enough but the gravy was raw I asked for ranch I got none my dad is getting sick and I feel sick too the chips were okay and the chicken was mank and milkshakes out of order"

"I recently visited Hillbilly's, and unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. It was apparent that there had been significant changes in staff and management, which were reflected in the poor quality of service provided. While the wait time wasn't too long, the food was not up to par with what I had expected. The chicken was dry and lacked flavor. Even the drinks were substandard, with the coke tasting watered down. I was quite disappointed with my experience and I do not believe that the food is worth the price."

"Used to love this place, great customer service on the tills, especially from girl with eyeliner and short hair (was so helpful) and seemed like an over all great spot. however, in reacent visits, there has seem to be some sort of change in the overall atmosphere and possibly management that isn’t working, tables not getting seen to as timely, and have witnessed long queues with few staff on. the few that are there are trying their best but look to be over worked. definitely need to reconsider management roles here. ps. bring back corn on the cob!"
