"Let me start by saying that if I could give this place a minus rating, I surely would, plus a health warning to strictly avoid this hovel. I ordered, what I thought at the time to be a cheese burger and chips, but the absolute garbage that was served to me , was far from that description in any shape or form. The whole lot, not only looked, but, I'm sure as much as I can guess, tasted of animal facies that you would wipe from the sole of your shoe!!! It was vile! I asked to sit in, prior to a night out in Galway, and now, in retrospect, I wish I had went hungry. Even though I'd asked to sit in, the young woman, with a grunt, akin to some kind of feral animal, shouted and handed me this paper bag. The burger was so bad, it is way beyond description, and I do not have enoughs words in my vocabulary to start and describe it, if i could. The chips, well, I ate a bit of one, and out of respect of other human beings that might have wanted to eat her, i never spat it, along with the half a bite of the burger, out on the floor again. The rest of the chips, along with the burger, went straight to the bin. The whole lot was disgusting, beyond all human comprehension. I would not have fed this to my dog, (even if I had one) for fear of being prosecuted, by the animal rights authorities. If you are serious about your health, I would walk straight on past this place, as there should be a big sign on the door which should read, PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!! NOT FIT FOR HUMAN COMSUMPTION!!! Without equivocation, for your health's sake, stay away, for I know in future, when in Galway, I will!!!"

"Ordered a cheese burger and chips, cheese burger was the thinnest burger I’ve ever seen in my life almost paper thin with some burnt sliced cheese on top. Was absolutely vile I couldn’t eat it. Chicken tenders are not chicken tenders just lumps of chicken in batter almost just a bigger nugget. Chips weren’t too bad and curry sauce was nice."

"for the price it just isn’t good enough. I ordered a doner wrap and it’s 90% sauce and the sauce isn’t even good. The doner meat was burned and flavourless. The chips had no seasoning at all. If you were drunk after a night out it would be grand but i would never order from here again when there’s so many other better places to eat from."

"Got food late last night: Pizza slice - base was slightly warm, the rest was freezing cold, toppings tasty, base super doughy. 1/10 Chicken fillet burger - 100% processed chicken, nothing fillet about it. 1/10 Chips - recooked more than twice, brown and tasteless, hated them, NOT hand cut, freezer to fryer. 0/10 Curry sauce - loved this, tasty curry. 8/10 It's not possible to contact the chipper via email, this would be my first port of call... Hence my review."

"Do not order from this restaurant using just eat - its a scam!!! On Saturday I ordered almost €34 worth of food for friends and I. After waiting an hour the food never arrived! We rang the restaurant who told us that just eat driver had picked the food up over 30 minutes ago. The restaurant were very unhelpful - no apology and told us to ring Just eat. I rang just eat who told us the driver had attempted to deliver the food. We were home. No one knocked at the door or rang my number which is linked to the account. 4 days later and the money still has not been returned to my account. Absolutely disgusting and shocking customer service from Bellas and Just Eat! We won't be ordering from Bellas again or using just eat and I'll be advising everyone else to do the same!"
