"Check your order before you leave. Nothing worse than to get home and find some of your order is missing and then have to go back for it. You might think it's a simple task to take an order and make sure it's delivered, but not here. Unbelievable poor service."

"Food is consistently brilliant at supermacs.. I was not at all impressed by a member of staff, who appeared to be the manager.. it was pushing on for 10:30pm on new years eve and he cleary did not want to be there.. he was rude to fellow staff members and customers alike.. he took pleasure in locking a young girl out as she took a phone call and was rude to another girl who asked for a pizza... I was uncomfortable in his presence and I could tell the rest of the customers and staff were also... not good.."
"Avoid!! Called in St Stephen’s Day for two adult meals and two kids meals. The kids meals were fine but the adult 5 Oz burger was made from cheese burger patties, the chicken breast sandwich was in the correct box with the correct bun but the filling was with the same beef patties swimming in ketchup. Only realised this when we got home with food. Ended the night with severe abdominal cramps and vomiting from food poisoning was just glad it was me and not the kids that got it. Don’t know what is going on in this restaurant but it is the worst fast food place I have ever been in a dreadful experience."
