"Great food and pleasant staff toilet could be cleaner!"
"I went to this shop on Monday the 31st of October. Myself and my friend ordered 2 medium pizzas (separately). After 40 minutes waiting and seeing multiple different groups come in, order, and get they’re food we went up to enquire about our orders when we were today that they would be ready in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later we again asked how long our food would be and we were told it would be another 5 minutes. Finally, we were called up to collect our food, however we were only given one of the two pizzas. When we asked when we would receive the other pizza we were told that we only ordered one pizza and we’re not believed until we both showed our separate credit card receipt. They then began to make the 2nd pizza however they clearly tried to speed up the cooking process for the 2nd pizza because when we finally got it the pizza was totally undercooked."
"Placed an order online for collection, the pizza was wrong so I told the staff at the counter.. they said they rang me "many times" to confirm the order, I had no missed calls The worst thing wasn't the wrong pizza - it's just food. The worst was the man (Indian in his 20s/30s) literally laughing at my face while I was there being as calm and collected as possible explaining the situation He was one of the rudest people I have dealt with ever and I got told that he is not even the manager, he then proceed to mock me with other staff members right in front of me"
"I ordered Student Meal, and here comes the worest apache service, the chips were sticked with the sause of the pizza. This pizza became the Fries Pizza. The don’t even deserve the single star. Staff is rude and worst in communication. I have tried aparche pizza in entire Ireland, but Apche Pizza Terryland, Galway is one the Worst Apache Pizza I every visited. I will never recommend anyone to visit there. Worst than worst….."
"I ordered a chicken gougon and chips combo, was €8 and a bottle diet coke, one chips and 2 7in garlic bread with bacon - it came to over €25. I then wish I had gone for the €23 Domino Pizza deal. The garlic bread was tasteless there wasn't any detectable garlic on it and the bacon was pretty tasteless too, lacked flavour. The chips were bog standard cheap chips, nothing special. I got the triple box there before, but it didn't come in the triple box shown in adverts, it came as three individual boxes and all was pretty basic food, nothing special. I had cookies from here before and they were way too soft for my liking. I suppose children would like this place as it is not spicy and pretty bland flavour."
