"Do not buy vouchers from Lotus! Got a voucher as a gift. Apparently its only valid for 6 months but the male staff member was so 'kind' to let me use it even though it was few days over the '6 months period' (btw T&C of these vouchers are nowhere to be found). Got a haircut and had €10 left on it. He didn't let me use it on using a product from them and simply took the money for themselves because the voucher 'expired'. What a dreadful service."

"Avoid this Salon at all costs. I went into this salon with blonde hair needing roots done. My hair was in very good condition. I left the salon with grey, brittle, chemically damaged hair. The owner Jonathan was the height of unprofessional. He was very dismissive of my complaint, was rude and aggressive. He made a very half hearted and rushed attempt to rectify the damage but failed. I was left shocked and very upset by the whole experience. Do not go to this salon"
