When I showed confirmation email I was told it was not their fault but the fault of the OpenTable app. I won't be going there again."

"We had booked online, table for 3.Got confirmation email for time and number of guests. We arrived on time and were totally shocked at the dismissive treatment we received from the waiter on duty!! He brought out the daily booking journal and said it was empty and no bookings were made. When shown the confirmation email he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do about that!! We were very disappointed altogether. We won't ever make a booking there again!! Thank you."
