"Transfer patients beware. Absolutely shocked by the appalling customer service and policies. I recently relocated from overseas and I am 18 months into treatment with only 8 aligners remaining. I requested to transfer my case to Dr Keenan and get a repair. The person who replied to my enquiry refused an appointment sooner than 2 months and refused to let me have direct contact with the doctor to discuss the specifics of my case. I have no issues with the 100€ new consult fee; however, she indicated he would not repair another orthodontist’s work and I would need to “start over” with all new aligners, because “that’s how we do things”. Why would anyone want to be a patient of a practice with this lack of customer empathy?"

From the moment i arrived in to his office to the time i left, he would not give me a chance to ask questions, when i did he would be extremely dismissive and would talk over me... "I recently finished up my Invisalign prog with KO. For me it was all about results, and that’s what I got...beyond expectation. Peter is very experienced and methodical in his approach, and during appointments will know on first visual inspection what stage a patient is at. Throughout the treatment he gave me courses of action and between is we picked the best outcome. Like me, Peter wasn’t satisfied until the best possible result was achieved. I think that’s paramount when choosing to get braces, especially as an adult because you are investing time, money and effort into yourself for life. The staff were very professional and courteous on my visits and Jacqui in reception was always very helpful and accommodating when I needed appointments amended. KO came recommended to me by a friend, and I would recommend further. Getting braces for anyone is not easy, but it’s worth it if the result is what you imagined and more, and that’s what I got. If you are willing to put in the work and discipline, Peter and his team will apply the professional direction and resources. This practice is a powerhouse of experience and expert knowledge which is any profession is the platform for achievement."
