"Was booked in for a cleaning at 12am today, arrived on time to a locked door. Rang doorbell and knocked multiple times but no answer. Called the practice multiple times to no answer either. Would not recommend very unprofessional"
"Rang dental surgery with severe pain in tooth had to wait a week for appointment which is normal so when I did get to see the dentist I was rebooked back in 2 weeks for tooth to be removed arrived at the dentist on the day to be told they double booked and couldn’t see me so was sent back on my way with a promise of a call which never came when I did ring them back the dentist couldn’t tell who I was or couldn’t find my file to check the x ray so I was given a prescription and told I’d be seen again in a few weeks rang back a couple days later in severe pain and was told they have no dentist in the surgery until the end of week and was told to ring my doctor to see if he can help me because they in short go somewhere else will save you time and more importantly pain"

"I’ve been to many dentists but this was the worst I think. 1. Filling done twice on the same tooth- fell off twice 2. Told, will last a good few years - no refund, no promised call back. 3 filling in the other tooth looks like someone put a chewing gum in it. 4. finish is nowhere near today’s standards. 5. Price is the same as everywhere else so avoid. Got it done in another clinic- all good since."
