"I never felt so ripped off like in this place. I dropped off people in the BUS area, then tried to park to pay only 12eur, the guy asked me to pay for all the people that dropped off. They have someone watching on security cameras and informing the guy at the kiosk. Sounds a bit illegal to me. But if you arrive by foot the entrance is free. I refused to pay and went parking in the South View point for only 5 euros."
"A ripoff charging €12 per person instead of charging per car entrance. There is no ticket required to cliffs of moher so if you have to park, make sure the passengers get off before you enter the car park. Stating €12 includes entrance to the tower and sights is a scam. Such greed to try to profit off a free for all site."
"Very poorly managed with no traffic management entering the parking area, and only one of three gates being operated, causing the entire main road to be blocked with cars waiting to get in. There was even extra staff standing just watching the cars instead of doing anything to assist. The company needs to do better if they’re going to charge rates for a poor service."
