"Len Roche handled many small accident cases for over 10 years for me. I loved to drive motorbikes, the motorbike was an extension of me, building a business was just a bonus for me and provided everything for my family I was a motorcycle courier and businessman for 22 years Had a very serious accident April 3rd 2009. I was hit by an uninsured driver ending my career. Had a huge straight forward case.. While in hospital Len Roche words to me "you can trust me, I'll take care of everything" Fractured Pelvis in multiple places, fractured hip, public bone left and right top and bottom, broken ribs, ruptured kidney, urethra damages, inguinal hernia along with allot of nerve damage for life. I lost my mind and suffered PTSD for years after. I lost the love of my life, while I was at my wits end Len Roche set me up and fed me to the wolves. He set up a meeting between myself and people I didn't know to have the case settled by threatening me when I was clearly not well. This meeting was set up under 4 years after the accident and lost my future financial stability, I lost over 1.2 million and len didn't even turn up. A few days later in his office he tells me I settled the case myself. Len received a huge payment by the other side while I got peanuts and lost everything including my credibility due to len agreeing with the insurance company that questioned my credibility. Even though there was dozens of customer references that would disagree. It was just a horrible experience for me but 13 years later I reached the other side Lost everything including relationship, children, health, financial future. But I'm okay now and live with chronic nerve pain The case should have gone on much longer than it did. If I did settle the case you would think len would have put it right knowing I was not in a place to do so, I was in hell A short time before this so called settlement I attempted to burn myself by throwing nitro fuel over myself. Before that I bought a gun to shoot myself. In and out of the D. O. P for years after Len tells me "I settled my case" Len told me to find another solicitor soon as it was over It took me a long time to figure out what happened You must not have enough money len to do what you did.
