"Terrible experience refused to answer emails as his client was making up fake lies also he sent a registered letter and an unregistered letter to the same address which was not my address it was my fathers address so he was bullying and making threats to my Father and sending information about me to wrong house but it was ok for his client to lie and bully my father and using the same reference I will be sending these to the law society with complaint very unprofessional tried to solve via email but after sending 2 letter registered and unregistered to wrong house actually feel they a giving my info to wrong house therefore in breach of the G.D.P.R"
