"Amazing service. From the moment I called and met with Ava, she was amazing. I expressed what I was looking for, and she found it she was attentive and listened to what I wanted. She called me and kept me up to date throughout the whole process and even called me after to see how I was enjoying my new car. I had one little issue, and Liam from the service team called got it booked in and fixed ASAP. Wouldn't go anywhere else and will definitely be back when it's time to change again. Absolutely amazing"
"Not a great experience, they put me off buying the car straight away. Car looked great and the sales guy was checking out my car .All seemed to be going ok until he started to drive away in my car without my permission. He then came back to me with an offer, said he wanted my car along with 14 K. My car is worth 15 - 16 K and the car I was looking at was 23K. ( I was willing to take 12 for mine as I know then need to make a profit) I asked how did he work that one out, when the car is 23K, he said the 23K was a straight price and he had to add on another 2 K for a trade in. I checked their website and its doesn't state anywhere on the advertisement its 23k as a straight price. The car is only worth 23 K not 25.He didn't even know if the car had a service history. It did feel like I was being shafted out of more money. Just be careful with the fine detail."
"[[sept 2022] Very bad after service. My car had a faulty parking sensor since I bought. It's been 6 months I am trying to get that fixed and the service is terrible that are least bothered to get that sorted. [Update 25/10] I had to follow up again twice and magically the external service provider was available this time. AND finally I received 1 incoming call(without my follow up) from them to edit this feedback. So thank you GOOGLE."
