"Dr Hickey himself is a lovely man very professional however one of his secretaries with black hair is the rudest person I've ever met and is not suitable to be a consultants secretary or working in any form of patient care. An unbelievably rude woman and I personally am not going to continue on to pay 200 euro to have to deal with this person. I'm now currently at a follow up appointment which should have been at 4:30pm !!!!!! I recieved no text message saying that dr Hickey was delayed so I rushed from work and had to take time off again to attend. I was yet again not seen at apt time!!! According to two other patients waiting it's a regular thing to be left waiting up to 2 hrs past your apt time to see this doctor and no body has the politeness to inform you so basically your other commitments or your time doesnt matter but yet you are charged a massive amount to actually see these people. Its appalling behaviour and so unprofessional down on top of extremely rude and curt secretary."
