"Absolutely shocking experience with them. 2 lost packages over the last couple of years, practically impossible to get a hold of over the phone. Staff completely unhelpful and not interested. Drivers delivering packages to neighbors without ringing my phone and I am home 99% of the time. Any time I see that DPD is handling my online purchases I know there is going to be an issue with it."

"Absolutely useless bunch, masquerading as a courier company. Been waiting two days now for collection. Never answer their phones, and live chat was just was hopeless. You pay for a service, but they don't deliver at all. Not at all recommended, absolute waste of time and money."

Tried twice to get an item delivered and twice it was delivered on the wrong date and the first day they delivered it to the 2nd house on the row of houses when our house number is 1 and fully equipped with an Eircode.... Then when the driver called because we weren't home he got angry with us over the phone and said he's not bringing it out again. Then when speaking to Dpd directly to voice our concerns about this situation the lady on the phone was again unapologetic. We have never dealt with a company as incompetent and abrasive before and I felt anyone dealing with them would need to know what they are like beforehand."

"Lost package at xmas, incredibly unhelpful on the phone, never received a follow up to any of my calls. Had to go to the vendor for replacement. I was promised several callbacks about the missing package, I never received one. The lady in the office claimed not to know what I was talking about, even though I had discussed the issue with her several times. In addition to the above, when I was meant to receive a package recently, I received a text about delivery 10 minutes before they tried to deliver, so obviously the delivery was missed. I arrived home 10 minutes later. They were absolutely no help in trying to resolve this, and the lady in the office was particularly rude when I voiced my frustration over receiving the text 10 minutes before they tried to deliver. I'm going to start cancelling orders when I see that they ship with DPD. The drivers seem fine, it's the people in the office who let this depot down."
