"Why bother having phone details when no one answers"

"I cannot complain about the delivery service whatsoever but the customer service quality in Kilkenny depot is surprisingly poor. The phone calls are not being answered within working hours and if it happens they are being dealt with unfriendly and unhelpful manner. Speaking about the hours - they close 15min earlier as a general rule despite the information on their website. Maybe I was just unlucky on several occasions so wish them well, they are better than their local competitors anyway..."

Checked tracking and saw that they couldn't deliver as address was incorrect. Item returned to depot. Checked order details. Name, address, eir code, phone no. all perfect. Contacted DPD again. It appears that sender did not include Post Code on parcel"
