The food was incredible and the service was fantastic. Val and Jacinta's passion for local Irish produce shone through in all of the dishes. Every interaction we had with Green Olive was relaxed and stress-free. There was so much care put into providing outstanding food. We had a number of people attending who had specific dietary requirements and they were catered for without issue. "Jacinta and Val from Green Olive (and honestly the whole team) made our wedding day so incredibly special. We had a million and one questions leading up to the day and Jacinta was always happy to answer them. We had our tasting with Jacinta and Val approx 10 months before our wedding and I honestly didn't stop thinking about the food and the experience. And it was even better on the weding day. Everything was perfectly served, displayed beautifully, delicious and I was worryingly close to licking my plate! I think our guests enjoyed the food too though as we heard about it a lot after the wedding. Canapés were delicious too and we loved the soup cup so much we upgraded it to a full soup course. Jacinta and Val were so flexible with changing things up like that. We even added in a sweet canapé from the dessert asset as it was too delicious not to! I also want to shout out to the catering for dietary requirements. I cannot eat onions or garlic so that was kept out but also the vegan and vegetarian options for people were incredible and inventive and apparently enjoyed by everyone who had them. I can't praise Green Olive enough but honestly they were FLAWLESS in everything and I felt completely at ease at every moment in the day. And honestly... I hope you bottle that soup and get it into shops! Sadly I didn't get any photos as I was too busy eating it all!"

"I simply could not recommend Jacinta and all the team at Green Olive Event Catering more highly. The food at our wedding was exceptional and the quality at which very large quantities were produced (for 160 guests in a field) was extremely impressive. Our meal was identical to what we had tasted and been so impressed with at our tasting months prior. Everyone was raving about the food and service at the wedding. Serving staff were very attentive and helpful but also discrete. Jacinta's professionalism in advance of the wedding, attention to detail in setting up, aptitude to problem solving and willingness to help out with everything really lead to for a truly seamless wedding day for us - if there were problems - I certainly did not know about them! The whole service from start to finish was really exceptional and I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending them for any event."

"I understand why certain companies only want to work with Green Olive and a few select others. Jacinta is so responsive, reassuring and extremely easy to worth with. On the day she is extremely professional, coordinates everything with ease and ensures all staff are briefed accordingly. Val is unmistakably a remarkable chef. We had guests rave about the food. Some that couldn't be there had fed back that they "heard the food was amazing". I would recommend asking and listening to their advice for the running of the event as they have very practical suggestions and speak from great experience.
