The reason - the service is incredible! Conor and lately Michelle are just great. If you want to have the benefits of a GEM service team, who feel like family and treat you like their own, this is the place for sales and service. Never broke down; never a problem; all sorted because they have a system that works and are just great at looking after their customers. When I think of the round trip, it never makes sense! But then there is the lovely hotel opposite for great lunch ( crab on brown bread today - with divine cake and coffee after!) , one of the best classy but reasonably priced gift shops there too - I fill my pressie box each time I visit and have a treat for myself...Some businesses just know how to look after you and this is a rare one one of them.
