"Went and booked in my car as it was having clutch issues, however it was unclear what component was causing the problem. (Clutch, master cylinder, etc..) which they agreed to have a look at. As the car was unable to be driven and not wanting to take the risk of further damaging it, and the garage was close by I decided to push the car to the garage in the early hours of the morning (easier said than done) as I am a student and would like to save money whenever possible. After having the car for the afternoon I was informed that removing the gearbox from the car was something they did not do dispite it being common practice when checking anything to do with the clutch. I was told to come back that following Saturday to get an explanation and number for garages that they pass work onto. After returning saturday the man behind the desk told be to come back the following Tuesday but they would lock the car in for the weekend. I asked it they tow cars to which the man said it is illegal (which it is not providing the vehicles towing capacity isn't exceeded). He asked how I got the car here and proceeded to laugh at me with the staff and other customers in the reception room saying "sure you can push it back tonight" upon hearing the awnser. And was also told they the garages they pass the work onto will not take on anymore cars. I remained calm and polite and agreed for them to store the car and left feeling fairly embarrassed. Bottom line is these guys are not a real garage, they do the easy jobs and when something gets a little too difficult they either don't have the knowledge or cannot be bothered to do their job. As a result I'm left still not knowing what the issue is and a car in their yard and finding another garage and a tow truck to take it there .... What a waste of time and effort, don't bother with this place."

"I am a female college student I recently went in for a full service for my car. Post service I was informed all my tyres were cracked on the inside and all needed changing. As I’m a student I couldn’t afford tyres on that day. Fast forward a few weeks I went to a tyre garage to purchase new tyres and was told there was no need as there was no cracking on interior of tyres. I was in fact misinformed by the best drive company. Poor customer service and reliance."

"We got off the boat in Rosslare on Saturday to start touring Ireland to realise our brakes needed urgent attention. We slowly limped to Best drive in the afternoon but unfortunately the correct part was unavailable as our brake disc isn't standard. Came back first thing on Monday morning and they got the part in for us after chasing the right one down. Graham and Les were both friendly and helpful getting us on our way as soon as was possible. We were expecting a huge bill but is wasn't nearly as scary as what we would have paid to surly UK mechanics. Thank you"
