"Terrible experience. Driver could not help with delivery into my apartment. I was told this was an insurance issue and was left on my own to try to manage unpacking and carrying a bath and other heavy items into my apartment building. A shambles of a policy to have for a delivery company. Would not recommend for any bulky items - not drivers fault but overall company policy."

He waited on me to return and I would have delayed his next delivery by at least 15 minutes. Although he knew he was running late he carefully got that pot safely home for me.
