"Hard to deal with when in another time zone. Out of office times are business times where I am. Emails take 3 working days to respond to. Sometimes weren’t responded to at all. On hold on international phone calls for extended periods of time, when claim was finally paid out I had almost the amount spent on phone bills. Being asked to jump through hoops to complete claim. Very round about way of doing anything. Better off going with VHI insurance. They take care of the whole situation much easier and more efficiently."

"Absolutely terrible experience with handling the claim. My claim got declined without any explanation. I emailed them to ask for explanation back in February and still didn't get any answer (May). Good luck with trying to get through to anyone on the phone number."
"Really disappointed with the service provided. After starting a claim, having it reviewed and then approved I was told the payment would be made into my bank within three working days. After a week passing I tried to email, no reply after over 24 hours. Calling in is a nightmare I’ve phoned in multiple times and been on hold every time for more than half an hour only getting through twice. When I did get through the employee told me the payment was showing as successful on their end and to check with my bank. After checking with the bank no payment was ever made, I phoned once again and the employee told me they would email me a confirmation as soon as we were off the line. I then received an email telling me it would be 10 working days before they reply. I suspect the IBAN/BIC has been entered incorrectly from my form onto their system and if the customer service so far is anything to go by I can’t see this ever being resolved."
"After being in contact with the customer service, my problem has been solved in a matter of days, it has been an effective and pleasant job. Thank you Áine Nic Cormain for your work and for helping me and solve this. give one because it is the least I can give. My case is that I have been almost three months, yes, 3 months to give me an answer. Today, I finally received the email saying that they pay me the amount deducting me £ 75 (nowhere had I read this when hiring the insurance, anyway) but what is my surprise that of 3 bills that have to pay me, because they were 3 times what I was and what the treatment lasted (everything is attached in your mail from the first day) just pay me the first! The other two have ignored them. I asked for the customer / consumer service email and the claims and they have not provided it. This is really embarrassing and dismal, hiring travel insurance, being in another continent and having to wait almost three months is a lousy job. And now the best remains, because every time they say ten working days a month goes by. Really, if I could go back I would never take out this insurance. The patience of customers has a limit and mine has been exceeded two months ago. And I would like you to provide me with the customer service email as soon as possible."
