"At 11am that morning I booked a taxi for 4pm as I needed to get a train at 4.20 to Dublin for an important appointment. The taxi was late. I called but they didn't care. Taxi arrived in 15 minutes late and then the taxi man (a black guy) asked me to walk some of the way as he didn't want to get stuck in traffic. I of course missed the train and the appointment. How this company has 5stars I don't know except maybe their friends and families are giving fake ratings. Avoid them at all costs."
"I was stuck at the Mullingar Park Hotel in need of a jump start. The hotel staff were wonderful & tried their best to find jump leads (which would normally be in the car but I'd just been for the NCT). I was recommended to phone a garage but they quoted €65 for the call out. When I phoned Wesrmeath taxis the lady on the phone was just brilliant, she contacted Andy who was out to me in a few minutes & charged €5. So helpful & friendly, you made what could have been a costly mistake on my part, a slight inconvenience where I got to experience lovely helpful people. Thank you."
