"I have use this taxi service for years. New driver was agro on the phone alone. It was 2km drive and was charged 10€. When I brought up this fact he started to turn to drive me back. Utterly disgrace to westport. His name was Murphy. Avoid at all cost now"
"Ripped off! First time wasn't so bad. Wyatt Hotel to Greenside B&B. It's 4.2km, we were in the car less than 10 minutes. We had one suitcase (no help with the bag, but whatever) and 2 other small bags, me and the wife. €10. Second time: Greenside B&b to the Creel Restaurant. 6km, in the cab for 10min max. €20! I argued with him but not enough. I was disgusted and felt really taken advantage off. It left a very bad taste in our mouths. Never used you again and went to Westport Cabs instead, whom we used 3 times and we never felt ripped off. A word to anybody reading this: None of the taxis have meters!! So agree the price on the phone beforehand!"
"We stayed for some days in a place 5 miles from Westport, se we used the taxy services several times. Every time we took a taxy we were charged of different amount of money, not depending on the number of people or time of the day(only once we agreed to pay 10 euros more for it was early day). Maybe some people got wrong asking less from what was due, or maybe some of them asked more... But we had a difference of the 40%...concluding, they should more clear on the price they ask and I would reccomend people to ask in advance the cost for the trip.. Just to make everything clear. No other issues to complain for"
"A group of 8 of us stayed in Westport in November and we used this mini bus service all weekend. It made traveling in to Westport and out again so easy. They were incredibly reliable all weekend. We had no issue with timings or getting home. 100% recommend!"
