"Called at specsavers crescent today for 11 50 appointment got there at 11 45 and door locked. I knocked as there were 5 people behind the counter and was ignored. I had to go as had another appointment elsewhere. Found out now that they don't open until 12 00. Why give an appointment for a shop that's not open absolutely ridiculous."
"I cannot recommend John Harrington highly enough. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. It had been quite a while since my last eye test and I had had a few 'mishaps' in the interim which caused me to have serious and possibly justified concerns about my vision. He has a great knowledge of medicine and understood immediately, better than I did. The service is absolutely fabulous. My glasses are beautiful and the joy I feel at seeing again is exquisite. I don't normally write such gushing reviews but in this case it is fully warranted. They go the distance and meet the client where they are which is huge.
