"Found the staff extremely helpful! Noel, the optometrist, was very thorough. He was very professional but friendly too and I felt he really did a in-depth test on me ensuring I definitely got the right prescription. Once the test was over I was brought out to the dispensing optician to help me choose my frames and to measure my eyes so they were right for me. A guy called Stephen did this and he was very professional and full of politeness. He listened to my requirements for my frames and showed me several pairs to choose from. He did a really excellent job and again I felt he listened to me and met my needs. Even when I came back in to collect my new glasses Stephen took the time to ensure they were aligned correctly. Over all a very positive experience with friendly and professional staff that did their best to met the customer needs"
