"Bought a phone case and screen protector about a month ago. Staff went out of their way to tell me my purchase came with a guarantee. I thought this was very good. However, the clip on the back of my phone case snapped of when I tried to use the staff on it. I went back into the store yesterday and the chap on the floor couldn't help me enough until I explained the reason I returned to the store. He and the other lad told me they don't give a guarantee on this kind of item. Anyway just be aware of these lads and the tac that they are selling in their store. Better of going to a proper phone shop."
