"Joining EQ Strength and Conditioning has been the best decision I've ever made. From day one of walking into the gym, all the coaches were so welcoming and made me feel at ease. I initially started with a 7 week PT with Kevin. He ensured to push me hard every week making sure I made progress each week. I would never have pushed myself as much if I was to do it on my own. It was so nice to see my strength build each week. The nutritional and PT plan were tailored to suit my needs. The weekly check-ins with Kevin kept me on track and accountable. The facilities at EQ are amazing, the classes are excellent. There is lots of interaction from all the coaches at the classes, every coach is so friendly and really motivating. I highly recommend this gym, you won't find another one like it. The team of lads together make it the best place to train."
"Emmet and all the lads in EQ really do make you feel welcome the first minute you get in the door no matter your level, everyone is treated the same.I couldn’t recommend them enough. They are so professional and available to answer any questions you have, the atmosphere in the gym is so encouraging and friendly. The classes at EQ are the best everyone works together to achieve there own personal goals and the coaches are very helpful with anything and giving the extra push to get the most out of you and the class. I travel 30 mins to the gym there are nearer gyms but none match EQ atmosphere while also delivering results. Once you start you won't stop."
