"Within 5 weeks of getting our kitchen fitted the oven kept cutting out. A repair man from Whirlpool came to look at the oven and said it was fixed. Later that evening the oven blew again. We were back on to Cash and Carry Naas and asked for the oven to be replaced. Again they offered a repair which we reluctantly agreed to. Once again the same issue with the oven. We had nothing but trouble from the Naas branch and Whirlpool being told it's each others problem A total of 5 visits from repair men and fighting a losing battle with Cash and Carry. We sent them the consumer rights infomation and they said it was incorrect that the fault wasn't their issue. It was only when we contacted the small claims court that Cash and Carry agreed to replace the oven. Absolutely no responsibility taken and once you pay them they don't care."
