"The woman behind the customer service desk needs to learn how to speak and treat customers with respect. Don't leave them standing in front for 3/4 mins without acknowledgement. Then when acknowledged, didn't help in any form whatsoever. Won't be back. Doing bathrooms next. It's all about customer service. Lacking very much here."
"Why aren't there prices on most of the items in this shop? Yesterday, for the second time, I walked out of this shop because of this. On this occasion I was looking for a bathroom mirror (and they have a lot of them, nice ones too) and yet again, except for a few reduced ones at the entrance, there were no prices displayed. Are the good people of Nenagh so wealthy that they don't need to know the price of things? Wouldn't be so bad if they had loads of staff so you could actually ask. Like most people, in order to make an informed choice when buying an item I would need to know the prices of ALL of the alternatives and then I could narrow it down to the ones in my price range. Even if there had been a staff member to ask it would be difficult to ask the price of, possibly, in excess of 20 mirrors. I went to Galway later that day, to a shop where the prices were clearly displayed, and found a lovely mirror."
